Senior Pastor

Roger joined Deerbrook in 2013. He and his wife have four adult children. Roger has served in ministry in Minnesota, Canada and Colombia over the past 20 years. Previously, he worked in the computer software industry. He has degrees from the University of Wisconsin La Crosse and Bethel Seminary in St. Paul, MN. Anything with food & sports & fun, Roger is there. Enneagram 7.

Pastor of Spiritual Formation

Joyce joined Deerbrook in 2016. She leads our children’s ministry with love working with children ages 0 to 6th grade and our volunteers. Joyce has an education degree from Fort Hays and is a Bethel Seminary graduate with over 18 years of experience working in children's ministry. She and her husband have 4 adult children and 4 granddaughters. Enneagram 5.

Youth Director

Preston joined Deerbrook in 2011. He leads our youth program, The Shield, for 7th through 12th grade. Preston is a graduate of Southwest Baptist University, is a professional fantasy football fanatic and has a significant basketball resume. He and his wife have three sons. You guessed it, Enneagram 7.

Worship Director

Renae joined Deerbrook in 2020 as our part-time worship director. She has over 20 years in worship ministry experience and has held many ministry leadership positions over the years. She is currently the Executive Director for If Not For Grace Ministries and has a passion to see lives healed and restored through the power of God's Word and through a relationship with Him. She and her husband have been married for 19 years and have 4 children. A leader, Enneagram 1.

Ministry Support Administrator

Laura joined our staff in 2023 and works in the office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. She and her family joined Deerbrook in 2004. She has a degree in Communications from the University of Missouri. Laura homeschooled their two daughters until the youngest one graduated in 2023. She loves spending time with family and friends, food and dancing. She and her husband Mark have been married for 23 years. Enneagram 2.

Ministry Support Administrator

Emily joined our staff in April 2019. She works in the office Mondays and Thursdays. She has attended Deerbrook since middle school. She has significant connections with Won By One to Jamaica which is a ministry based in Harmons, Jamaica. Emily and her husband have one son. A dedicated servant, Enneagram 1.
