We have an incredible group of volunteers who coordinate care for individuals within the congregation in temporary need. For the past number of years they have served over 100 situations within our church family in a wide variety of ways.

Men's Ministries

[Combating isolation, apathy & hunger one fun event at a time.]

Our connections for men come in a variety of ways including meals together, work projects, Royals games, mountain hikes and small groups studies.  The goal of our programs for men is to equip them for life.  Several small group Bible studies of men meet regularly (Thurs. & Fri. AM) for sermon/podcast discussion and support for one another. 

Some of our past Men’s Ministry Events have included seasonal Saturday morning breakfasts, tailgates, Royals games, and golf events.

YOUNG ADULT MINISTRY

Deerbrook’s Young Adult group has been meeting and building relationships for the last 3 years. They meet the first Sunday of each month after service for lunch, devotion and discussion. This group also enjoys social gatherings, dinners in church host homes and celebrations for life events. All those in their 20s & 30s are invited to the group.

FAMILY MINISTRIES

PARK, Partnering As we Raise Kids, is a group that meets for monthly activities ranging from game nights to Parents’ Night Out to service opportunities and more! All families with children infant - Grade 6 are invited to participate. We aim to provide connection, friendship and support for parents and children as we walk through this stage of life together.

First Wednesday Suppers: The first Wednesday of each month from fall to spring, our entire body is invited as we share in supper at 5:45 pm.

Our congregation is challenged to BLESS their neighborhoods reaching their neighbors.  We are encouraged to begin with prayer, listen with car, eat together, serve with love and share the good news.
