Revelation Wellness is Coming
to Deerbrook in 2019!

Are you ready to lose what weighs you down so you can love God, yourself and others? You, your friends and community members are welcome to join us for an 8-week journey to physical and spiritual fitness. For a fee of $25 you will receive:

· 9 week study

· Weekly video teachings from author Alisa Keeton

· Workout calendar with live links to instructor-led workouts

· Bible Study

· Weekly small group meetings including a gentle 30-minute workout

· Food journal

· Private accountability group

· Accountability/prayer partner

· Support, encouragement and prayer from a certified facilitator
